As most of you already know, I adopted a senior dog from the Hawai'i Island Humane Society-Kea'au Shelter not too long ago...and I couldn't be happier with the addition of Melemele to our little family and tiny home.
My reason for wanting to adopt a senior dog from the Humane Society was simple...I wanted to save a life that was worth saving and had plenty of good years left to just live them out happily.
So this Halloween, instead of aimlessly and unenthusiastically walking around the mall for cheap candy...Luciano and I are gonna take Mele to participate in and get our Howl'ween on at Lili'uokalani Park, Saturday, October 20 at 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM.
So join me in supporting real change. Let's support the animals and join the Hawaii Island Humane Society on their life-saving mission to ensure that their doors are always open for every animal, every day.
